About Goomee
Most evenings start with the same question: where do we go? Then come twenty minutes of maps, lists and reviews, and often the same place as last time. Goomee answers that question for you. Open the app and you see a short list of good places near you, chosen for the moment.
What Goomee does
- Suggestions for right now. Restaurants, cafés, museums, parks and nights out near you, picked for what you like, who you are with, your budget and what is open. Every suggestion says why it was picked.
- Trips, planned for you. Tell the planner where and when you are going and what you enjoy. You get a day-by-day plan of real places, with times and the walk between them, and on the day Goomee shows you the next stop.
- A look before you go. Photos, opening hours, prices and reviews, a short video inside museums and landmarks, and the story of a monument read aloud while you stand in front of it.
What we believe
- Recommendations are for you. Places are ranked for the person using the app. When you book through a partner we may earn a commission, but it never decides what we suggest and never changes the price you pay.
- Only what you ask for. You can use Goomee as a guest, without an account. Location, notifications and personalisation each have their own switch. No ads, and no tracking across other apps.
- Free to use. Goomee costs nothing to download or use.
Where we are
Goomee is made in Belgium and starts here, with Brussels first, then the rest of Europe. Suggestions work wherever you are, and the app speaks English, Dutch, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
